Traveling on a Student Visa
If you plan to travel during the break, read the following instructions and reminders.
Check the end date on your I-20!
If it expires in before the next semester starts, you need new financial documents for a new I-20 to continue your studies at the Tutorium. You will lose your immigration status if you wait until after your I-20 expires. Contact OIS if you need a new I-20.
Traveling in the U.S.
Carry your original passport and I-20 (not copies) with you whether you travel in the U.S. by airplane, train, bus or car.
Traveling outside the U.S
If you travel outside the U.S. and plan to return to the U.S. for Fall 2022,you need to get your I-20signed by OIS before you l ave.
