How to Report WiFi Problems
If you have issues with connecting or staying connected to UIC wifi, use the Report a Problem button on the UIC IT Service Desk web page to submit a ticket.
Include as much information as possible, such as:
- Location(s) where you had issues connecting to UIC-WiFi
- Time of day when the issue happened
Tech Support for Other Issues
You can get in-person help with technical problems by going to the Campus Technical Helpdesk. Walk-in & Virtual Support M-F, 9:00am – 5:00pm.
- Walk-in support is available at the IDEA Commons located in the Richard J. Daley Library.
